As your wellness facilitator, I provide comprehensive services to guide and help you feel the confidence and support you need to overcome your challenges. Roxanne is a lover of the arts and all things creative and expressive. She believes that our emotions and memories are best processed through creative expression. As a trained dancer since the age of 3 and a current dance teacher, she finds the best way to connect with herself and her emotions is through movement, music, and meditation.
All of her classes and programs use elements of dance, tai chi, qigong, yoga, and meditation. Roxanne is a certified dance instructor, mindfulness educator, and creative arts life coach with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social work. In addition to her education and training, Roxanne has a deep connection to her spirituality and uses dance to deepen her practice and connection to the universe. Roxanne believes our bodies have the tools and power within them to heal ourselves, we just need to learn how to listen. That's where move4mind comes in with beginner friendly group classes and personalized one:one coaching.
