 As a passionate and certified Mental Wellness Consultant, I understand that the best way to achieve our life’s goals is to take a proactive and integrative approach to being healthy and happy. Scroll below to start learning how.

My name is Roxanne and I am a lover of the arts and all things creative and expressive. I believes that our emotions and memories are best processed through creative expression and that body awareness is the key to self love, self understanding, healthy boundary setting, and happiness. 

As a trained dancer since the age of 3 and a current dance teacher, I find the best way to connect with myself and my emotions is through movement, music, and meditation.

I am a certified dance instructor, mindfulness educator, and creative arts life coach with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social work. In addition to my education and training, I have a deep connection to spirituality and uses dance to deepen my practice and connection to the universe. Next to the arts, my second passion is people. I hope to use her education and spirituality to teach others how to be in the present and express their emotions through dance and movement.
